Description
  • Retail Finance : Close coordination with Commercial Banks/ Pvt. Financiers and ensure availability of Funds as per Dealer/ market requirement. Responsible for effective utilization of Retail finance Schemes and conversion of cumulative advances in to Retail Sales. Apart from the above, Focus on Retail Cycle time, dealer viability and develop close working relationship with Financiers and dealers by implementing systems at dealerships.
  • Channel Finance :Formulate, work out & Roll out Channel Finance facility to Dealers in close coordination with Bankers
  • Trade Advance : Facilitate trade advance limit to dealers through PVT Financiers for faster rotation of funds.
  • Collection Monitoring & handling Special Collection Projects: Collections to be monitored on regular basis . On monthly basis check the collection is at least equivalent to Retail sales. Deviation if any , ensure short fall is immediately collected
  • Institutional Sales: Regular laisoning with Govt.Deptts, Airlines & Agri.. institutions and ensure orders for Tractors are obtained
  • Sales Promotions:Ensure all Promo claims are processed & closed well in time & audit is done. study the effectiveness of the scheme-cost vs benefit analysis and report to management
  • Inventory management & Slobs/Damaged Automobile clearance : Max. age of residence at depot not to exceed 60 days. Weighted average age of tractors at depot not to exceed 20 days.
  • Commercial & Financial Discipline:Ensure adherence to already defined commercial/Financial discipline & system.
  • Credit Limit & Credit Period: Adherence to credit limits fixed as well as review the credit limit fixed by H.O. & ensure credit period fixed by H.O is strictly followed and deviation if any is properly approved.
  • Dealer Evaluation & certification: Audit new dealerships and ensure compliance of Company defined dealership norms.
  • Dealer Viability : Study dealer viability issues and take corrective measures at the dealerships to ensure ROI.
  • Funding: Funding of dealers to be monitored on regular basis and take necessary steps to convert the negative funding dealers to a positive funding Dealer over a period of time
  • Sales Tax : Over all responsibility of filing of ST returns on monthly/quarterly basis without any penalty & ensure Sales Tax assessment order is obtained up to date
  • Monitor and regulate costs and devise various cost cutting measures.
