a) As Leader-India Ops for Australian Broking vertical, I was heading Indian operations for Religare Australia. In this role, apart from other things we were working on model whereby we can promote Indian wealth management products to Non-residents and QFIs in Australia. My other responsibilities included shaping marketing strategy, online portal development and setting up off-shore customer service desk (specifically for revenue generation)
b) As Head-Client Servicing Desk for online business, I was responsible for selling financial solutions to online clients. Built, led, mentored and managed a team of 180 people across multiple locations. Also developed NRI product and was directly responsible for NRI desk for Religare
c) As Manager- Product & Strategy, I spearheaded Religare's online product & strategy when Religare decided to launch their online business.
d) As Zonal Head - East, I expanded Religare's foot-print and managed Religare's offline branches across Eastern India. During the tenure, we improved franchisee share of business from 0% to 20%. We also successfully diversified to other financial products, including marketing of Portfolio Management services to HNIs.
