Ingredients :
- 2 cans chicken broth or the equivalent in vegetarian chicken flavored broth.
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
- 1 well-beaten egg.
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion.
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, stir chicken broth into cornstarch.
- Cook until slightly thickened.
- Pour in egg, stirring gently. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
