This is in continuation to the previous articles: Yoga (Part I)
Theres this student of mine, a very intelligent girl, works
as a CA for a MNC, top bracket. She told me about this guy she was having
problems with, I just cant let go of him and hes ignoring me. I call him up
all the time and he brushes me aside. I asked her if she would do what I told
her to, and she said yes. I gave her a simple practice and told her not to
call him. (She had various apprehensions: He might go away etc.). She did
what I said and one day she said smiling, Hes gone. No more of him. She
continued the practice and two months later she called me, This guy is calling
me day and night and I just dont want to talk to him. I told her, Today, you
have grown up. You have the gyan of getting over what is plaguing the maximum
population emotional congestion. Now when you do get involved with somebody,
itll be for a higher cause, not for a lower cause, not for some stupid emotion
of yours. Today shes a sensible, mature, happy individual.
This way of the sadhana, it is very simple.You anything or anybody. Whatever is
heavy, gross, distorted, negative, will leave you as you gradually progress on
this path. As has been Sandhyas experience who was leading a contented life
till the age of 21. She was happily married and satisfied. All of a sudden one
day it came to a standstill. Her entire family met with an accident and was no
more. All she was left was with was her brother's daughter who was very young to
understand anything. She was distraught as she could not understand what had
happened and where and what went wrong!! Her husband too left her since he
wanted her to give her niece away for adoption and she disagreed to that. She
felt her life to be over. She wanted to die but where would she have left her
niece? She could not sleep or eat or drink anything after that. For survival she
drank milk. This was her state when she came to me. She practiced the Sanatan
Kriya and was able to experience sound sleep after four years. And today she is
glowing with health and leading a purposeful life.
For 25 years, Vandana Bhel unfailingly got severe allergic cold twice a year,
and this condition didn't respond to any sort of medication. Says Vandana, My
family and I were amazed that since the last three years, the allergy has
altogether disappeared. This is thanks to being on this path, and following
Yogiji's instructions in totality.
Furthermore, through the practices of yog one can achieve a healthy and glowing
body. A yogi has a healthy body that shows little or no signs of ageing. None of
them use expensive cosmetics or adopt artificial means like face-lifts, etc. to
look young and bright. Have we ever thought what is so different u doing leave
about them that we all lack? The secret for this lies in the balance of and for
an individual. Every thing around us in this nature exists because they are in a
certain state of balance. Even our own existence is because each one of us is
intended to be in a certain state of balance. By practicing the Sanatan Kryia a
individual gets into a complete balance at the physical, emotional and the
etheric level. Though the etheric changes are apparent only to the clairvoyants.
The physical and emotional changes are there for all to see. For instance, being
overweight was never an issue with Rajat Arora, yet because of his lifestyle he
put on a lot of weight. His family put pressure on him to join a Gym or do some
exercise but his work-profile is such that he is on the run the whole day and
sleeps late in the night. Though the youngest in the family he had started to
look the oldest. Says Rajat, One day about three months back, I happen to
attend one of the workshops of Dhyan Foundation in Gurgaon, not realizing what
to expect. I felt light, relaxed and the experience was really amazing. It's not
an easy task for me to switch off my mobile even for a second; I had to switch
it off for 3hrs. I met Yogiji. I was asked to do some Kriyas and then see. I was
in for the shock of my life when in just about 3 months of doing the Kriya my
waist size came down from 38" to 34". He further adds, I am more energetic,
less angry, more aware of the things around and I can switch off my mobile
whenever I want to.
These are just a few examples of what some of my students have experienced
during the initial stages of practicing the Sanatan Kriya of Dhyan Foundation.
