I specifically coach people through motivational interviewing and identify barriers that hinder oneself of achieving their ideal health.

I work with individuals who are motivated, and committed to changing their behavior to improve their health. I help those improve their weight, reduce risks for chronic disease, and quality of life. I also specialize in the diabetes field and work with type 1 and type 2 diabetes on improving their outcomes, losing weight, and reducing risk. The end goal is though improved lifestyle behavior, that oneself would be able to reduce and/or eliminate medication dose, supervised by their doctor.
