Whether it be salt, gluten, dairy, fiber, carbs, etc., simply eliminating foods based on other people's experiences is a mistake. When it comes to losing weight, the safest, lasting, and health promoting way is to learn how to eat and live healthy. I can help someone identify the causes behind his or her unhealthy lifestyle and help them make changes. I did it for myself and over a thousand patients. I am not a fan of pills, prescription or supplements, until lifestyle changes have not worked.
